Hi, I'm Chris, the founder of Wits' End. I built this hospitality company after watching the same cycle play out repeatedly with industry friends, chefs, operators, and developers.

They launch (or acquire) a business, attempt to optimize it, and often cut costs from the wrong places in the process. Instead of focusing on maximizing their two most valuable assets (their team and guests) they often resort to slashing expenses and cutting quality. Those of us who've seen this pattern know it's the fastest way to start a downward spiral.

At Wits' End, our process is straightforward: simplify systems, training, and admin work to reclaim time for you and your team.
